    We try our best to provide as detailed as possible product descriptions, measurements and photos to ensure our customer is always happy with their purchase. However we understand that it can be tricky when you don't see the products in person, so we want to give you a piece of mind by offering 110% store credit, exchange, or refund on your return order. UNFORTUNATELY, all clearance items sales are final (clearance sales = discount over 50% OFF)

    1. Customer must contact us within 72 hours from delivery date.
    2. Return must be in its original condition, unwashed, unworn with original swing tag and packaging.
    3. Return must be sent via trackable mail service within 7 days from delivery date.
    4. Once we received your return and inspected the goods, you will be given 3 options below:
    a. 110% store credit: an email with a code will be sent to you with 110% of your item price.
    b. Exchange: subject to stock availability
    c. Refund: a full refund on item price will be processed through your original payment method within 10 days.
    5. The Only cannot offer a refund on postage fees.
