We try our best to provide as detailed as possible product descriptions, measurements and photos to ensure our customer is always happy with their purchase. However we understand that it can be tricky when you don't see the products in person, so we want to give you a piece of mind by offering 110% store credit, exchange, or refund on your return order. UNFORTUNATELY, all clearance items sales are final (clearance sales = discount over 50% OFF)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
1. Customer must contact us within 72 hours from delivery date.
2. Return must be in its original condition, unwashed, unworn with original swing tag and packaging.
3. Return must be sent via trackable service within 7 days from delivery date.

Return on order using promo code : In the case that customer purchase more than 1 item and use promo code for discount on item price/ postage fees which apply for order over $99 (or otherwise stated), and wish to return part of your order, the remaining order must exceed value of $99 (or otherwise stated) otherwise we reserve the right to reverse the discount and deduct it off the amount of your refund.
